We take a look at the third figure from Playmates' 2004 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle line to be taken from the 'Notes from the Underground' story arc: Quarry...A-F reader Splinter gave us some notes on the characters from the 'Notes from the Underground' 3-part Arc.
Quarry, Stonebiter, and Razorfist appear in the 3-Part 'Notes from the Underground' (ep. 13-15) arc from the first season.
Basically the turtles on a journey deep beneath the sewers, locate an abandoned foot genetics lab. Where the Foot Tech Division was experimenting with the ooze, or a similar type of ooze that mutated the turtles.
They'd been abducting people, and using the ooze to transform them into monsters to allow them to burrow deeper beneath the streets, in search of the Shredder's 'Old Enemies'. These three guys were a few of the mutant victims of the Shredder that had not lost their minds. And they've been living under attack by the ones that have. There's more, but it's best to see the episode. Which will be on video January 13th.
