Perhaps because they took so much heat for making Bela's face "too round, too fat" on their licensed 8" and 12" figs, Sideshow over-compensated by making his face too elongated here! I think his hair is too full and fluffy, as well (Drac had a tighter, sleeker look around the sides).This is sort of a revisionist Dracula look -- like in the sad days before Universal would shell out the dough to secure the rights for Bela's likeness from the Lugosi estate. For the big bucks involved, I think a better likeness of Lugosi is required. Oh well, at least Sideshow will spell his name correctly on the box (something the hacks at Jakks were unable to do on their new 8" Bela as Dracula box! (They called him "Legousi" or something as half-assed as that! To complete their inaccuracy, they even gave Bela fangs -- something he never sported in any of his films).
