LEGO: FRENCH TOYFAIR: LEGO Millennium Falcon

We were gonna hold this back until tomorrow, but we just couldn't wait, so we take a look at the LEGO Star Wars Millennium Falcon now...

Take another ride with Han Solo™ and the gang in the Millenium Falcon™. Recreate the escape from the ice planet Hoth from Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back! Includes Han Solo™ Princess Leia™ Chewbacca™ C-3PO™ and Imperial Hoth snowtrooper™ with E-web cannon™.

This is a new version of the Millenium Falcon, and it's not due to hit France until September 2004.

The top opens like a tulip to reveal the inside of the ship, and comes with a number of figures. We've had a lot of discussion about the Han Solo figure this evening, after we noticed that the Box shows Bespin Han, we took pictures of Hoth Han and there's a spare head inside the ship. For that reason we *think* the Han figure might have interchangable parts.

You also get a Hoth Leia, a C-3PO, we assume a Chewbacca (although we never saw him) and from a Snowtrooper with Tripod Cannon.

There'a lot of features packed into this set, including escape pods, gunner station, cockpit and more. As we were told by Lego PR Manager, this set was only finally approved by Lucasfilm last week

The set consists of 985 pieces, and will retail for around 150 €

HAN SOLO

Well after much debate with Adrian last nite I think I have the answer

You get ONE Han figure with beige trousers and blue body and you get an interchangable headpiece that can be the furry hood as seen in the main pic

and you get a HAIR brick that you can swop for a diff han figure, as show on the bottom of the 4th picture

This is a newer practice from Lego and can be seen in the Dagobah swamp Xwing luke where you get an xwing helmet and a hair brick.
