Vivid would not allow photography at UK Toyfair this year, so with a little work and some excellent communication from Play Along...

We can bring you some beautiful images of two upcoming Armies of Middle Earth sets! Check out the Gondorian Catapult and Pelennor Field Sets. Thanks to Play Along for the images.

yup the NECA stuff looks great though but seeing as i dont have my own place cos im only 16 i have to start considering space, ive got all playalong and toybiz stuff already!i dont ahve room for 19 inch figures too, besides helms deep was so big it needed a shelf built for it, i might skip the osgiliath ruins and just get this instead

I was lucky enough to get a look at the Gondorian Catpult in person at FX. I tell you, the details on these AOME items just keep getting better and better.

I predict a lot of people will get sucked into this line in 2004. Wave 3 is starting to hit, and even they are leagues better than the first assortment.

The Pelennor Fields set looks like AOME's best work yet! I can't say for sure but looking at it closely I think a dying Theoden's there underneath Snowmane.
At first I felt cheated by this line because they didn't give us a full Balrog, but this set makes up for it!
