Yeah this figure does look awesome, but again Mezco have collectively let us the fans know they could give two craps about our opinions. They post a poll, and then ignore it? Yeah. These guys are SUCH a great company. SURE.

I agree with the guy above me, get bent Mezco

Although I am happy for those who are attending the Con. I myself will never see nor hold this figure in person. So ditto to above.

With some of these comments, you'd think someone just found out Santa Claus wasn't real...

This thing looks great, and I hope I can get one without sacrificing a limb. Mezco has stated that there will be some available to their club at some point, so there is one option. With runs into the 1000s, some of these will definitely show up on eBay, so it will just be a question of cost.

Consider this, folks - what costs less: the cost of travelling to SDCC, hotel, food, admittance, and buying the figures OR paying a little more on eBay? I think I'll stay at home and hope I can pick one up.

As for Mezco ignoring the fans - learn to read. Bruttenholm is off limits (actors retain the rights to their individual likenesses) according to Mez. Odds are Mezco is going to have series 2 out around the DVD release for maximum visibility, so if Liz wasn't already done, they would have to push back the line for her, and that would drastically hurt sales. Yeah, both are unfortunate losses, but that is business.
