Now onto Justicedemon's favorite topic. BUFFY!! First up is Anyanka, the demon form of Anya, scourge of fluffy bunnies everywhere. This figure had some extra surprises...

An AFX Exclusive - limited to 3,000 pieces! Based on the episode, "The Wish", Anyanka comes with Olaf's Hammer! Some changes have yet to be made, including modifications to Anyanka's pendant. Anyanka will sport a rubberized dress which hides some of the figure's articulation.

Yes, this does technically mean the figure underneath is "naked." The dress is not removable (you'd have to cut it off) and only the dress itself is the softer plastic. The sleeves themselves are solid and cannot be removed.

OK Diamond, this figure just SCREAMS for you to release the D'Hoffryn fig to go with her.

And while you're at it, how about an Olaf fig for that hammer? ;)

the face looks different, love the card, and the character. I've been waiting forever for these figures, she's been my favorite forever (hence me name) and im glad that she is getting some attention, and we DO need the D'Hoffryn figure so that he can attend her wedding (Wedding Dress Anya figure) and help her with her powers! Cant wait for her to finally be available in stores!!!

That looks really bad to me.

The wrinkles appear to be painted on rather than sculpted as the initial head was.

I hope its just bad photos, because this was the only Anya I was thinking of getting.

And why couldn't Diamond have lowered the length of the dress so you didn't see the heels and lower legs. I'm sure Anyanka's dress wasn't that short and that she didn't wear heels with it.

The necklace also appears a lot bulkier. I'd prefer a sculpted on necklace that is actually accurate.

This final version is pretty dissapointing overall.
